Tammy Mazzocco and The Arabian Sea

Tammy Mazzocco is a very successful real estate agent who sells residential properties in four counties in Central Ohio. She started her career in real estate as a secretary in a commercial real estate firm, and eventually went full time as a broker after serving in several assisting capacities for several years.

The real estate business can be a difficult business as there is a lot to learn, tests to pass, and business techniques to conquer. But Tammy Mazzocco knew that the reward would be worth the effort. She got her real estate license in 1995 while she worked as a manager for a large condominium project. Her boss suggested it so as to help him with some of his real estate endeavors.

The when Tammy worked as a licensed assistant to one of the top RE/MAX brokers she immediately saw the potential for a top income that could be earned by selling real estate herself. So in 1999, she went full-time into the real estate business, and she has never regretted a second of it.

There were challenges early on when she had to admit that she was somewhat shy and it would be difficult talking to people. She overcame that by purposely initiating conversations with people, and she found that breaking the ice herself was easy once she figured out that there was nothing to it.

When Tammy was a little girl her father read a story to her about a young girl who wanted to cross the Arabian Sea, but she was afraid and would not get started. That is the moral of the story that to accomplish anything one has to get started.

Another habit she learned to form is the habit of setting goals and then breaking them down into actionable steps. That makes each bite an easy part of achieving the whole objective. Most people won’t get started if they look at the entire objective, but they can get started on the parts. http://www.spokeo.com/Tammy-Mazzocco
